Gillian Pinhass

Gill is very well qualified and experienced, holding qualifications in Personal Training (level 3), Plyometrics, Fitness Assessment, Circuit Training, Nutrition, Sports Massage and Injury Assessment amongst other awards.

She is particularly interested in working on core stamina and weight loss/control
together, each benefiting the other to gain the best results.

A regular gym member herself, she brings fun and care in equal amounts to her many satisfied clients, be they young or old.
