Johnny Malachi

Jonnie has a sporting background in swimming, waterpolo, rowing and kickboxing.

He is a REPS Level 3 qualified personal trainer who firmly believes that each person has a different approach to exercise. It is about finding the types of exercise and style that suits the individual.

Jonnie believes the session is not just about banging out the reps, but also in creating a fun, happy atmosphere where client and
trainer can work together to push themselves further that ever before and have a great time doing so.

Jonnie believes in shocking the body and mixing up training styles and techniques to improve physical performance, strength and raise the metabolism.

He favors a training style that mixes boxing, cardio and weights.

Free weights and kettle bell techniques are employed as well as resistance bands. It’s not about complication, its about loving your workout and feeling proud of your efforts.

Interval training is employed in short sharp bursts throughout the session, mixed in with the weights or plyometric (bodyweight only) exercises to keep the heart working hard throughout the session to get an awesome full body workout that improves both cardio and muscular strength.
